This is situated after the 74th Annual Hunger Games. Katniss and Peeta just got back to District12 and Peeta just learned that for Katniss their love story was all an act. Although he's sad, his world brightens when he sees his lifelong best friend, Delly Cartwright. Katniss actually fell in love with Peeta but is having a hard time realizing it. Delly can see through Katniss and knows there's just one way to help her realize. Jealously.
