13 year old Olivia Johnson moves her whole life from her home in New York, to North Carolina, leaving everyone she loved. When she got to her new house, her new neighbors come and introduce themselves. It's none other then the hayes grier. Olivia and hayes go to get ice cream together and create a strong friend ship.
