An alien girl falls to Earth one day. She wakes up to find a loss of memory of her past. Meanwhile, a robot made for an army thousands of years in the future is discarded due to an error. System Error tells the story of these two lost, broken characters ending up finding each other.

There's a new war against the dragons, each one of the dragon races wanting to take control over the entire land. 5 dragon eggs that glow on a Blue Moon are picked out of each race, and taken to a cave where they will be trained for 7 years before they are set free, to stop the war. Soon, the queens find out about the war, and to kill the five dragonets, they change the date of the war to one year earlier than it was suppose to be.
