Willian Nassikas is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Westroc Resorts in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since 1999, when Nassikas helped found the company, he has kept it small and local. He helped renovate a 1950s-era hotel called Hotel Valley Ho and he helped rebuild the Mountain Shadows resort. Nassikas' main duties for his company now are to lead operations and focus on the design and development of their resorts.
