When I hit my head against the bathroom sink and the blood is pouring down my face...
I'll look into the mirror like a camera lens and smile.
I'll smile at my ugly face, tears mixing with blood.
I'll smile at my mushy brain, happiness mixing with pain.
I'll smile a little bit brighter when I see that shiny door, glistening triumphantly in my face.
I'll smile until my memory fades,
Until they forget my name,
Until the tears stop,
Until the blood dries,
Until my happiness subsides,
My pain being the only thing that follows me as I pass along the translucent skies.
