To help you out for high school cheer try outs or just other cheer stuff

This is a book about all the things you need to know about cheer. I hope this book will help guide you through the amazing sport of cheerleading.

I will tell you some cheer hacks that I have found. Some of the ideas came from these group of girls named Cheernastics2. They have an account on youtube. (The girl in the picture is Kennedy Thames I am a huge fan.)
