I always imagined my death would be peaceful, and as my gaze travelled from the long, thick rope with the loop at the end to the lush forest surrounding me, I knew I couldn’t find a more peaceful end. Of course, in my imagination when I died I was old and dying of natural causes.. But I’ll die surrounded by nature, that counts for something right? I guess I’m not dying old, but this way I’ll be pretty at my funeral. The rope gripped tight in my hands was about to be wrapped tight around my throat, the branch I was attempting to balance on would soon be gone, and the breath I gasped in as I slipped slightly on the branch below my feet would be one of my last..

Drip, Drip, Drip, and the madness grows. Drip, drip, drip, down the insanity goes. One, Two, Three, into the madness the world falls. Jayden Groves has been able to hear voices ever since she was a young child. They have always been there when no one else was, whispering to her in her time of need. With these voices plaguing her mind, her parents sent her away at the age of five to never look back at her again. The hospital that they had sent her too was supposed to cure her of these voices. However, their treatment methods border on the old fashion, the kind where it destroys the mind further. For an already fragile stat of mind, she has been pushed over the edge of sanity and into the world of madness. After so many long years of being in the hospital, something new occurs, causing a chain of events that will change her to the very core. Maybe there's more to these voices than she could remember after all...
