Lisa and Sam has survived high school, college and now they face the real world. The duo move to D.C in an apartment along with Carly the new addition to the squad. With Bee now gone to work with N.E.S.T Lisa is stuck in a long distance relationship. Sam along with Lisa and Carly join the fray when the Decepticons renew their longstanding war against the Autobots. Lisa and Sam go out to figure the secrets of the dark of the moon, along with finding out secrets of the Autobot's and the human connections to the Decepticon's. Optimus Prime finds Sentinel on the moon and brings him back to earth believing that resurrecting the ancient Transformer Sentinel Prime once leader of the Autobots, may lead to victory. That decision, however, has consequences. After Sentinel went on a rampage against N.E.S.T stealing back his five pillars the government orders the Autobot's to leave earth leaving everyone torn. With Lisa trying to keep her relationship together the world begins to fall part and a new war rises. As the war out breaks the war appears to tip in favor of the Decepticons, leading to a climactic battle in Chicago.
