Once upon a time there was a big bustling city named Soulmate City! The reason this place was so popular was because in this city, people often found the one's they were supposed to spend with all their lives in a magical and unexplainable way, it was merely called destiny. For some reason whenever you were in close proximity to your life partner, your senses would go haywire and push you to immediately hunt down that partner and love them like no one else, take care of them and all that sappy stuff. BUT... Sometimes that other partner would get scared and try to run away in a panic..this would start a whole town wide game of cat and mouse, since an incident like this was pretty common around the city, a whole channel on the news was set up called, 'Soulmate Watchers'.
