This is in a world where Denis never met The Pals. It was always just him and Corl, they never continued with youtube. But they were always close anyway. It's Denis's 21st birthday, and that's the story begins.

A noble king and commander, thrown into the position and forced into maturity at a far too young age. Forced to lead, and fight for the kingdom that his parents left behind. A man left with nothing but a black cloak to hide his identity as he fights in the shadows, left alone with no one but himself to count on. Two lives torn apart, walking entirely different paths. Just decided to practice writing with this story. In this they go to the same high school but it's all fictional. This story is mostly based around Denis and Corl being roommates.
