NiquiChloe
(First Novel)
"So tell me more about yourself Attila." The brown headed boy smiled at me as we walked down the sidewalk.
"What kind of info?" I asked as I looked at him at the corner of my eyes.
"Tell me basic facts."
"Uh Okay...I am 16 years old, I live with my Dad, I go to Kerrington High School. Uh let's see....Oh! I love the band BTS, I'm quarter Korean, quarter Filipino, quarter American, and quarter Russian." I said as I looked ahead.
"Do you have a favorite color?" He asked as he walked faster making him ahead of me, but only to turn around and start walking backwards.
"Yeah. Why?" I quirked an eyebrow at his unimportant question, though that question does very much matter to me.
"I like the color blue, it reminds me of the sky and it's beautiful and majestic too." He said enthusiastically, while I just looked at him as I walked.
"I didn't ask you why or what your favorite color is doofus." I smiled at his annoyed expression.
"Anyways what's your favorite?"
"Black." I stated ignoring the fact that Jackson is sending me a questioning look.
"Why do you like black? I mean most girls like brighter colors or more prettier colors beside goths or depressed people of course, no offense Attila." He panicked as he waved his hands in front of him as he thought that he offended me.
"None taken. Though I like black because of certain reasons, many in fact. One reason is just because black is dark doesn't automatically mean that its evil or not pretty. I mean black represents a lot of things." I put both my hands behind my head and interlocking them behind my head as I walked.
"You mean like hate and depression if that's what you mean." He scoffed and looked of to the side.
"What's so wrong about black that you hate it Jackson Herion?"

Attila believes that black doesn't only show depression or hate but it can show other feelings. Just like how Attila will prove to Jackson that black can show different meanings that black isn't a sad or hateful.
