This is a story inspired by my daughter, Sophia. One night while we were playing she wanted to be a Wizard. She cast a spell towards me wanting to make me invisible but afterwards she said, "Oh no! I made you tiny instead, I hope I don't step on you...squish....oops". We laughed and she kept going, but I was distracted. "What a great children's book that would make." I thought. I'm not a writer, I've tried my hand at blogging but you can only post so many times with no readers before you have to admit you're just writing to yourself. I started reading about writing books and getting them published, seems like an uphill battle and not something I could just quit my day job for considering I have no prior experience. I decided to just start writing. If it becomes something worth pursuing I may look into sending it off to publishers or a kickstarter to see if it can turn into something real. If not I'll have a book I wrote about my kids for my kids and one day their kids. If you enjoy it please let me know, if you read it to your kids and they like it definitely let me know.
