Then the room went quiet. I don't know wether it was the shell shock of the whole thing deafening me, or the fact that everyone just shut up for a few seconds. But then, of course reality began to sink in and the screaming began. Hey, I'm Lexi and welcome to prom gone wrong.; As in picture living in your favourite horror movie, then stop. Seriously. That is exactly what is happening here. Utter chaos. There will be no exiting in an orderly fashion for this disaster.

This is a tribute to my dad's German Shepard Coby, who was put down. This is what I wrote on the day he died.

Dear Diary. Wow, that sounds bad doesn't it. You're not a person or a thing so why give you a name? Why address this story to you? Oh well, it's better them giving you one of those weird names like Kitty. I mean, come on. Kitty? Seriously? You're a book. Pages stuck onto a binding. Naming you Kitty is about as pointless as naming my pen Woofy. Which I am not going to do. Because that is stupid. So your name is not Diary, I am not addressing this to you and you are not relevant to anything I write in here. Hmph. No you're not. And just so we're clear, I'm only writing in this book because it's the only way to say how I feel, since no other bugger around here will listen. So don't go thinking you have a personality. Because you don't and never will. Right now onto the actual writing of my non-eventful day. Well....or something like it.

It was my grandad who told me why we dance. He said that dancing is a sacred ritual that must be taken seriously. He said that when a girl is positive that she loves someone-she will dance to them.

This is a story based on the I am number four series. It's about a girl called Cassie finding where she belongs and trying to stay alive long enough to defeat the hunters and bag the boy :) P.S. it's not some stupid love story I just didn't know how to word the crush and action parts into a few sentences.
