This story picks up 8 years after the end of season 7. June 2015. Rory hadn't seen Logan since she rejected his proposal. They'd been living their lives completely separate from each other, but what happens when they unexpectedly run into each other?

Logan was planning on proposing to Rory at her graduation party, but when she gave him some big news he decided to put that plan on hold. How are their lives going almost 4 years later?

January 2014. The series ended the same way except for one difference. Rory did get the internship at the New York Times. After Rory's graduation, she and Logan went their separate ways. This is what their lives look like almost 7 years later.

This story begins in December of 1987. Rory is 3 years old and living in Hartford with Lorelai. They never moved to Stars Hollow. Instead they lived with the Gilmores until Lorelai graduated from high school. After that Lorelai got a job and with some help from her parents, got her own place in Hartford. This is what their lives might have looked like if Lorelai never moved to Stars Hollow.

What happens if Logan became a doctor instead of stepping into his predestined life at HPG? I am a huge Gilmore Girls fan, and started started watching The Resident with Matt Czuchary, and this idea for a story suddenly came to me.
