[Book Three ] The war that started so long ago is finally over and it seems the wizarding world can finally be met with the peace it has deserved for quite some time. But it also means for Sirius Black and Nixie Dover, that they can actually pick up their lives where they left off before the war and carry out their dream plans. No longer plagued by mistakes and events of the past, the couple decides to move forward with their lives and starts planning to have the family they had long wished for. However, the two are well aware that life never runs as smoothly as planned. With the possibility of loose ends not being as wrapped up as they thought, the wizarding world comes under a possible threat and members of the Order are summoned once more. But the Order isn't the only ones interested in having Nixie and Sirius work for them. The war might be over, but the party is just getting started.

Messrs Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs certainly feel quite accomplished after completing what they dub as the Marauder's Map. A map designed to show every classroom, hall, corridor, and even secret passageway of the Hogwarts Castle but also capable of identifying every person, ghost, and poltergeist roaming about. Or so they thought. It takes Elspeth Hayes casually strolling down the corridor one afternoon for the boys to realise that she's not showing up on the map and they want to figure out why. But Elspeth is not about to give away her secrets so easily, after all, a girl has to have her secrets to keep the boys on their toes.

Turning to the sea for over twelve years, Nixie prepares to spend the rest of her life among the merfolk community and her mother, until she hears a rumour through the seaweed. Sirius Black has escaped Azkaban. Determined to see if the rumours are true, Nixie ventures to the land once more only to find him but to also find the world on the brink of the Second Wizarding War. Terrified of what could occur during the second fight against the Dark Lord and his followers, Nixie is hesitant to join the fight. That is until she hears of the newest secret weapon that can not only help them win the war but stop the Dark Lord once and for all. With unfinished business to attend to with an old Hogwarts "friend" Nixie prepares herself for the final fight.
