Josh is the cliche "bad boy" that everyone is scared of. Tyler is the lonely gay kid that hangs out with his best friends all the time. Almost no one ever notices him. Until one day Josh does. (This is fluffyish and skittish at the end but also WATCH FOR TRIGGER WARNINGS)

Josh Dun, the awkward punk kid who is really nice and no one really likes. Tyler Joseph, The cool guy on the basket ball team who everyone has heard of. My first fanfic, probably going to be bad.

"Let me tell you the story, about what happens when a heart as cold as ice meets one made of gold." What happens to the things that nobody can remember? Are they forgotten? Did they mean anything at all? Did they even exist at some point? All his life, Connor has been told that he must forget. That he must let go and move on, and live the life he has been gifted with, even after the tragedy. But Connor doesn't want that. He keeps in mind the same series of noises over and over, every day, just to get by and to convince himself that it wasn't just a dream. That it happened. That it was real. That he was real. For the past ten years he has been moving from place to place, with barely any interest to accommodate himself. That is until he reaches that town... and meets him. Funny, how it works in the ways of the heart.

1.attempting to avoid notice or attention, typically because of guilt or a belief that discovery would lead to trouble; secretive. 2.characterized by stealth; sly and secretive - troye assumed that connor was like the sun: always exposed, warm, brighter than most it never crossed his mind that he was actually like the moon: hidden away, cold, darker than anything

Voices, familiar and sweet, something both Troye and Connor are used to. Troye lives in Australia and has never thought it strange that he had made best friends with the voice inside his head. Until now the boy was just a fragment of his imagination, something to comfort himself in times of trouble. Connor lives in America and despite being the more cynical of the two also never found it weird that he had made a connection with the foreign boy in his head. But then when Connor and Troye meet for the first time on a family vacation they find out that maybe everything wasn't as simple as it seemed. After all, how could the boy you thought up and talked to for 16 years suddenly be real? SHORT STORY lol

inspired by the wild ft. alessia cara music video. we find each other in the margins we create, under street lights & on street corners. the spaces we forge together become sacred & safe, our very own microcosm. we can indulge in this feeling even though we've been taught not to, & we hold hands & we dance & we kiss. this is our chosen family.
