After some unusual physical changes, Harley Quinn consults a doctor to discover that she's pregnant. But when she tries to tell the Joker, things don't quite go to plan. Everybody knows the Joker was in 'Batman vs. Dracula', but what if Harley Quinn was too? What would happen if the Joker came home to Harley as a vampire? This has some mature parts in it. When the Joker and Harley Quinn break up, Joker hires a new henchgirl to replace her, whom he names Fake Harley. Fake Harley turns out to be the perfect sidekick, much to real Harley's dismay. She thinks the Joker must be overjoyed to have a competent henchgirl at last. She doesn't know the Joker as well as she thinks.

Joker's abuse is worse due to his depression. Harley tries to reach him, but every time she does, he slips farther away and abuses her worse.

When Harley Quinn is poisoned, the Joker is forced to take care of her with tenderness and affection, two things the Clown Prince is not known for. With Harley's life hanging in the balance, the Joker is forced to consider whether he loves her enough to change for her, or not.

Harley Quinn becomes jealous of another woman in the Joker's life, and overcompensates by becoming even more of a doormat than usual to keep him with her. Joker uses Harley's jealousy to his advantage, until Harley figures out that's just what he's doing, and turns the tables on him by playing him at his own game...
