Soldier 259 is an elite Hydra Super Soldier. She is the competition to the famous Winter Soldier. They've only met once and it was a disaster for Hydra. Now that The Winter Soldier has run away from Hydra, the members are debating whether or not they should risk it and make her go after him. They decide to take the risk and send her and her crew after The Winter Soldier.
