A girl finds a plant that won't blossom

It's 2047 and the worst drought in history has struck Earth, leaving food and water scarce. To make matters worse, a vicious new plague has broken out all over the world. Most don't survive...but the ones that do are shipped off to a top-secret military camp. But all is not as it seems. Beasts lurk in the shadows.
