She endured her step-mothers punishments her whole life, but instead of becoming scarred of the outside world - she became determined to live. She doesn't want to end up a shut-in like her or afraid of everyone like her half sister Marie. So when her father tells her to leave, she does exactly that. The Blackbourne and Toma teams have been one large team for a year now, ever since Kayli left the Toma team in pieces. They have a new assignment at the worst high-school in Charleston, Ashley Waters. Half the teaching population quit last year and some very shady things have been going down at the school. The team has decided to infiltrate the school as staff and students but what they weren't prepared for in a new blond firecracker who may just be the key to figuring out this assignment but also to their hearts.
