I was in a desert...a midnight black one. The sun was beating down on my skin, it was scorching hot. I was led towards a bright scarlet tree. The journey took days, due to a slight delay. My life has gaps and holes, full of craziness. I just had to deal with them and move on, although my best friend wouldn't allow that. He bursted in randomly and made me feel feelings I've never had before, what was I supposed to do? Turn him away or realize my love for him? But who exactly was he?
