Isabella Hooker, or, Izzy has been playing volleyball since she was 10 years old. She wants to follow in her big sister's steps and play in the Olympics. It's Izzy's senior year and she's planning on applying to all D1 schools, hoping it would get her a better chance to become closer to her dream. She's so focused on her dreams that she's not letting anyone or anything get in her way.

What happens when Antonio and Gabi's younger sister returns back to Chicago from her practice in Africa, and starts her residence at Chicago Med.
