Cake is an average girl at the high school, Asagao Academy. Not really loved by all, but makes her way through. She recently joined the Hidden Block club, in hopes of finding people just like her: gamers without a care in the world. Lately, a boy has been keeping tabs on this badass of a girl though. One who wants to be above her in everything she does. Shane, of Normal Boots, has been scouting this fair maiden out, and wanting to get in her way in hopes of being the better man. But will Cake stand for this? Hell no. The fights are going to be intense. This is my first Asagao fic, and its ShaneCake by request from a friend, since they ship us. So, without further adieu, let's get to business!

This story was inspired by the new visual novel/dating simulator game for the computer, called Asagao Academy. I am not stealing their storyline, and I do not own any of the characters at Asagao. I am just making up a story to come after the PBG route bad end, because personally, when I played it and got the PBG route bad end, I was left wanting more. If you want to know what happens in the game, you can go download and play it yourself for free. They would happily accept donations to add things to the game as well. It is very fun and interesting, and I loved how the game described everything. If you like that then you should check it out. But I do suggest you play the game or watch a playthrough before reading though, because you might get a little confused. Anyways, I just wanted to say, that this story belongs to me, but the idea was based off of the game, so this is just a fanfiction. Thank you for reading, you may now begin the fanfiction.

Being a transfer student can be hard, but moving to a new country to be a transfer student is a real burden. Richard Jones recently moved to Japan for his scholarship to attend the prestigious Asagao Academy. Like anyone with a tough past, Richard is hoping for a new start; one without heart ache, loss, and loneliness. All the while, Normal Boots and Hidden Block are worrying about the upcoming competition and it's newly announced event. Could this be Richard's chance to make friends and put his past behind him? Will he find romance? Will Miss Shizuka find and keep a man? Will the author stop making all these questions? Who knows! My friend AdoAndRibbon is writing an Asagao story that involves Richard. They line up too, so you should go check out Cake and how she is doing at Asagao. FYI. that story is called A Badass in Pink Hair.
