Allison Holloway promised herself she'd keep her head down during her first semester at Ridgefield College. Between choir rehearsals, late-night study sessions, and holding tight to her childhood friends back home in Pinehill, romance is the last thing on her mind. Enter Gavin Landry-star basketball player, campus heartthrob, and a friend of a friend's brother. He's charming, persistent, and way too confident for his own good. From the moment they meet, Gavin makes it his mission to break through Allison's walls. But what starts as relentless flirting quickly turns into something much more dangerous: a bet. Allison swore she'd never fall for a guy like him, and Gavin swore it was only about winning. But when real feelings get tangled in the lies, hearts shatter. Now, with Allison pulling away and his team on the line, Gavin is left with only one option: prove to her that what they had was more than a game. From late-night confessions to hometown holiday lights, he'll risk everything to win back the one girl he never expected to love. Because sometimes love isn't about the bet-it's about who's willing to fight for it.

She swallowed, the words still trembling in the air between them. "I just need to know that what I'm sacrificing means something." For a moment, Klaus only stared at her. The room felt too small, the world too quiet, like even the air was waiting for his response. Then his voice dropped, low and rough: "Please, Monroe... don't turn your hesitation into doubt for me." He stepped closer, and the heat of him was overwhelming. His hand traced the line of her jaw, his thumb brushing her cheek with a reverence so at odds with his reputation it made her breath catch. "Yes, I will do all of those things for you," he went on, voice steady, dark, certain. "I will kill for you, lie for you, tear the world apart stitch by bloody stitch-all because I am Niklaus Mikaelson. The big bad hybrid." His mouth curled-not as a joke, but as a promise. "And if the universe dared to take you from me, I would drown it in fire and scream at the gods until they gave you back." His other hand slid down, gripping her waist, pulling her against him until there was no space left at all. "But for you-Monroe Prejean-I will do something far more terrifying than violence." His forehead touched hers, breath mingling, eyes burning with something too fierce to name. "I will burn."

Yara didn't lift her head right away. She was used to being ignored, not spoken to. When she did answer, her voice was small. Almost a breath. "They forgot me again," she whispered. "Who?" "My parents. They were supposed to pick me up." He blinked once. "So?" She looked at him then, really looked. "They always forget." Adonis didn't nod. Didn't frown. Just sat back on his heels. There was no sympathy in his face, but there was something else. Interest. Recognition. He understood what it meant to be forgotten. He stood up and looked down at her. "Do you want to disappear?" The question hung in the air . Yara didn't answer. She didn't know how. But the silence between them said enough. Adonis nodded once. "Come on." She hesitated. And then, quietly, she got up and followed him into the woods- not because she trusted him, but because he was the first person who hadn't looked through her.

I hear Timothy huff. "Come back to the house voluntarily and I'll go easy on you for your punishment." He sounds bored. I guess he's not enjoying running after me anymore. Still I ignore him and continue to walk forward. My walk is more like a drunken wobble now. Everything hurts. I get a few feet further before he pulls me back by my hair. "Stop being stubborn." It feels like he's trying to pull my hair from my scalp. I scream and scratch at his hands. "Let me go!" "You like it when I chase after you. Huh, Rose." He's breathing hard. Oh my god. This is really how I'm going to die. He pushes me onto the ground then grabs my leg. I grab and claw at the ground as he starts to drag me back towards the house. Stones, roots and dirt rub against my body scratching me. I can't continue to be dragged like this. We are at least three miles away from his house. "Let me up, I can walk!" I can barely recognize my own voice. It's so raw. He continues to drag me for a little while longer before picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder. My body hangs from his limp. When we arrive at the house he takes me straight to his bedroom. He tosses me on the bed like I'm a pillow making my head bang against the headboard. I grab my head and cover my face. "Strip." He breaks the silence. This is darker than Mia.

"Tell me you don't want that," his darkened eyes clashed with her dazed ones, "Say it, and we'll stop right now. Tell me, and I'll go." Silence hung in the air, the distant hum of passing cars and crickets fading into the night. "Cause I have every intention of making you my wife, the mother of my kids, my everything. I want that. I want you. Understand?" Her eyes welled up, and her lips trembled as she swallowed hard, then nodded quickly, "I want that too." "That's what I thought, baby." ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ Cerise Rowan liked to keep things simple. Her days were a steady loop of sleep, eat, study, repeat. She told herself she valued comfort, though in truth, change terrified her. With change came anxiety, and her mind, already a delicate balance, struggled to cope. Her favorite S-words: sleep, solitude, and snacks, were enough to keep her "mild" disorder in check. Until another one entered her life. Well... two. If you count sex. ♡ Saint Novak lived by two rules: stay comfortable and take each day as it came. With his intimidating presence and (mostly) emotionless exterior, he wasn't exactly easy to get to know. He didn't waste time on dead ends, keeping his life decisively organized. People and things included. But Saint's problems were far from "mild". For years, he believed he had nothing to lose. Now, he's learning what it means to have goals, to want more, and to keep what's important to him close. So what happens when he walks into his parlor and is greeted by a new face? A very pretty face. One that stirs desires he didn't even know he had. Well, one taste of her is more than enough to set a few more goals.

Nia Hart is used to living quietly, slipping in and out of rooms without being noticed, keeping her world small, controlled and safe. Aidan Collins is the opposite, loud laughter, bright energy, the kind of man who fills every space he walks into. She's an introvert with a laser‑focused career. He's an extrovert with a reputation that follows him everywhere. In private, they're soft. In public, they're a headline. He has golden‑boy charm and easy laughter. She has quiet ambition and careful boundaries. He pulls people in. She keeps them at arm's length. And when the world discovers them, the contrast becomes impossible to ignore: he shines in the spotlight, she hides from it. To stay together, they'll have to learn how to meet in the middle, and build a love that survives both the noise and the silence.
