She begins to wear overnight Pull-Ups as a way to combat an annoying problem she sometimes has at school while speaking in front of her class. Little does she know - she becomes attached to them, sparking interests due to lack of a fulfilling childhood. The story also follows Madison's best friend, Brittney - who also turns to regressive behavior based on her past and present, troublesome life.
