Izuku Midoriya will possess a wide array of magic spells and abilities, most of which will be taken straight out of Skyrim, that serve to further his goal of becoming the greatest hero to ever exist, from the first quirk all the way to the end of time.

What if the quirkless weren't really quirkless. What if they need to experience almost dying to get theirs. What if they had a secret fourth type of quirk. What if that fourth type were the conduits from the Infamous game series. This story explores this possibility.
