All For One, retrieved from his father he takes the quirks from people who blackmail him and then gets rid of them as he can only have a max of 5 quirks and 3 of them are important. He gives them to quirkless people, who tend to become villains. And if he cannot find quirkless villains he just expels them by focusing them into one thing most likely drops of blood or hair and sells them on the black market. --------• In this book Shinso will be in 1-A. When the three villains are captured by the Pro Heroes, they have no other choice then to go to UA. They were too young to go to an actual prison and the Principal had seen a potential in the three of them. When society and even his father rejects him for being quirkless, Midoroya finds out that he can still help other people, even if they won't let him be a hero. This allows him to send people, including himself, into full sensory Illusions using multiple means. Mother Inko? Died a year after child birth due to a drunk driver. Papa Hisashi? Was the victim of a similar fate when Izuku was 6. He didn't want foster parents, but hey they were nice. He only ran away because he figured out what he wanted to be.
