He's always there, watching and taking care of her, but never actually loving her. She's always there, caring, and hoping, trying so hard to not show how much his lack of affection hurts her. When Rose Tyler realizes she loves the Doctor she also realizes that only time will tell if he loves her in return.

The Doctor and Rose are hoping to just take a break and relax in the TARDIS for a day or two. But, when Rose accidentally pushes a wrong button on the console the TARDIS starts spinning out of control. They find themselves in 2014 America where they encounter some very odd people, and run into some old friends.
