Salem is a good town. Many things to do. Many options to be. Until the sun goes down, and the moon rises, terrible and cruel people step into the darkness to commit crimes. It takes a few bad people to bring a large town down. Mr. Kitty and Neko the investigators, must solve the crimes from the criminals in order to bring justice to the Town of Salem.

Tiff is living in a small town people call, Salem. It has it good and bad places just like any other town. Some of the good places are the Town Hall, the individual homes, and the nice peaceful terrain. But, some of the bad places like the gallows or the graveyard can give the town an evil sensation. One of those people is Tiff. She is a witch and wants to take over Salem. And not only her, but all the other neutrals in the town. And when the night time approaches the town, people have to worry about their safety. The reason why is because it's always, Night of the Living Neutrals.
