When Marinette gets hit by a car while crossing the street on her way to school, she ends up losing all of her memories of who she was - including Ladybug. She's scared and lost, and everyone is a stranger. Just when she starts to get to know Chat Noir and to understand herself as Ladybug, her memories vanish again. And again. A Miraculous Ladybug AU (In this AU Marinette isn't ladybug. On top of that, he had become Chat Noir and he could express himself. He had 3 bestfriends, Ladybug, Nino, and Alya. A few weeks into the first semester, a new student arrives. A girl. She has blue hair in pigtails and wears a brown sweater that's slightly too big for her, paired with a brown skirt and flats. Her quietness intrigues him and he begins visit her as Chat Noir. Everything is fine until there's an innocent accident. Whatever mark you get on your skin, your soul mate gets it too. Marinette would love to draw all over herself to see who her soul mate is, but due to her alternate persona, Ladybug, her red strings of fate have tied her to Chat Noir. As Chat Noir, Adrien would love to find out who his Lady is so they could be happy both in and out of cover. But their kwami only allow them to use their markers after an Akuma attack and never throughout the day. Will the two go against their kwami's and go find each other, or will they remain in a world of ignorance? Together forever, never apart, maybe in distance, but never in heart.
