A heart transplant gives Hope a new lease on life. Moving across the country, she settles down in a small town where she can finally enjoy the life of a normal teenager. Content to deal with the problems of an ordinary life, Hope finds herself falling for the boy next door, and dealing with being the new kid in town. However,when Hope begins to hear and see things that others can't, she realizes that her new life will be anything but ordinary.
