"My hands are stained with dirt. And they always will be." ~ Lillian Nightshade; assassin, Captain America's girlfriend, and number one magnet for bullsh*t and bad luck. For her entire life, she's been told what to, who to kill, who she is, and what she's meant to be. And now? Thanks to her history of daddy issues that could rival Shellhead's, she finds herself kidnapped by father of the year Loki Laufeyson and held hostage in a realm far from her favourite boy toy's reach. Asgard. Struggling with her own sense of identity whilst simultaneously trying to escape the clutches of a god with fabulously glorious hair, by the time Lillian finds herself returning to the world she knows, she begins to notice a suspicious amount of change within it. HYDRA apparently died with the Red Skull, SHIELD hasn't fallen, the battle of Braga never went down, and Steve Rogers doesn't seem to remember her. It's almost as if she's... Gone back in time? Between balancing the timeline, trying not to spoil the future, righting wrongs committed the first time around and dealing with a butt tonne of family drama, Lillian simply can't catch a break from all the bad luck she attracts. Throw a familiar metal armed World War II soldier turned HYDRA weapon into the mix, and the Nightingale might just be in over her head. In spite of it all, will the two complete opposites, Steve and Lillian, find their way to each other's lives once again? Or is their romance lost, a faded memory stored away for rainy days? For she may have their love to light the way, but where there is light, there will always be its older sibling. Darkness. BOOK TWO OF THE NIGHTINGALE CHRONICLES **I obviously don't own any Marvel or comic characters. I only half of the plot, Lillian Nightshade, Samuel Hemmings and a few other characters that appear later on in the book. All other rights are reserved to Marvel and DC comics.**

After an amusing banter at the library with a mysterious guy, Savannah hopes that it's the last she'll see of the bickering boy. Come to find out, he's a new student at her school who just so happens to be a junior, much like Savannah. He feels the need to stick around her even though she is the target for childish rumors, gave him the wrong number purposely, has all the comebacks for his pickup lines, tried to run him over with her car, constantly embarrasses him, and repeatedly tells him to 'get lost' or 'shove off.' During their many adventures, not only do they get into many bad situations but they make a few enemies along the way. Will his determination to befriend this stubborn girl spark a friendship between the two or a special kind of hatred? <><><> WARNING: I wrote this story when I was fetus- even more fetus than I am now. Jade Quill Most called her Quill. She was known as A world famous assassin. Jade may seem sweet and harmless but she was one of the best assassins in the galaxy. She has a very specific skill set. She ends up getting on S.H.I.E.L.D's radar in a bad way. In such a bad way in fact, they had to send in a few Avengers. But everything she did was to protect her brother. He was what kept her grounded in this sick world. Fury had told them 'Take her in or take her down'. Jade gave herself up on purpose. She did it for the thrill. But things change quite a bit when she encounters the man out of time. Captain America. Will Jade change for the Star Spangled Man with a Plan? Will Steve (Capt. America) except her? And her brother? What about her parentage? Family? Would he travel the galaxy with her and her brother? Will her parents except the life she's lead? It just shows you that innocence isn't always as innocent as it seems. What does Jade do when she finds herself falling for the enemy?

News of Hydra's infiltration spread through the headlines like a virus, reaching even the most remote of places. No one ever thought that S.H.I.E.L.D., a once world renowned government protection group, would become a crumbling pile of ash and glass. With the Winter Soldier now faded into the crowd, no one knows where he is, no one can find him. He's the ghost everyone thought was a myth. But when he finds himself on the shore of the bay, injured and alone, a woman finds it in herself to show him the mercy he deserved. But now the wanted fugitive, and the woman now tagged on as an accomplice, are both wanted by Hydra and previous S.H.I.E.L.D. officers seeking out revenge and the weapon they helped to build. The Winter Soldier will stop at nothing to find out the truth, who he was and save the life of the stranger.

"Trouble is my middle name." ~ Lillian Nightshade is a metaphorical rock in SHIELD's boot, one that not only has a mouth snarkier and more sarcastic than the hypothetical (and entirely impossible) baby of Tony Stark and Deadpool, but has a certain knack for slipping from the authorities' grasp on a regular basis. She's arrogant, she's witty, she's satirical, she's immature and she's one of the best damn assassins in the industry. Steve Rogers is the hero every man wants to be. He has a strong sense of duty, honour, dignity and humility, with old fashioned, idealistic goals that would make the world a better place. Some - namely Stark - would call him a stick in the mud and make a mockery of him by pinning him with obscene names like 'Fourth of July Stripper' or 'Walking Flagpole', but in the end, he's America's sweetheart with a golden legacy that will last for generations. So it's only natural that the two complete opposites - who are also each other's enemies- to clash the moment they meet one another, yes? Filled with action, revenge, old adversaries, humour and of course the lovely drizzle of a bipolar romance, this is the story of how a narcissistic assassin falls for one of Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Her enemy. BOOK ONE OF THE NIGHTINGALE CHRONICLES WINNER OF MARVEL FANFICTION AWARDS 2016 IN FOLLOWING CATEGORIES: #1 Female Villain - Lillian Nightshade Best Female Antihero- Lillian Nightshade Most Motivational Character - Allison Renegade Best Developed Character - Lillian Nightshade Highest number on Fanfiction is #6 **UNDER EDITING AND CONSTRUCTION** ** I do not own any Marvel or comic characters. I only own Lillian Nightshade, the plot and some other characters that may appear later on in the story. The rest of the rights are reserved to Marvel and DC comics.

Now that she finds out Steve is alive she wonders if he will remember her. Will they be the same, or will their friendship change?
