Calypso is a fourteen-year old girl who lives in New Jersey. Introverted and self reliant, she prefers to "work alone". Stealing and pickpocketing are her only means of survival, until she discovers she has supernatural abilities. But like all great power, it has defects. Calypso must learn to control her new ability or face the consequences-which could be fatal.
