When Harry and Simon are just young and in love, Harry has to move far away. They have to split up, everyone knows long distance relationships don't work. Now alone, both boys try to move on, but cannot get each other off of their minds. Years later, the boys meet again in an unexpected turn of events, and they don't know what to do. Has being apart for so long affected them too much, or can they last forever?
