It's difficult enough for a young mutant prince to choose between the hand of the princess of the sea dwellers and the prince of humans. Add one begrudgingly attractive assassin and a handful of curveballs and you've got yourself one hell of an issue. When Karkat's father decides to remarry, Karkat and the Striders are forced to attend. Family tends to bring out the worst in people, and this family is nothing but problems, especially for two lovebirds such as Dave and Karkat. Its basically the story of their life after high school and the remarriage of Karkat's dad. Enjoy.

Due to an unwanted marriage proposal between Karkat's father and his new fiancée, Mrs. Leijon, Karkat is forced to move into a new house. This unfortunately comes with a new school, and when the star football player starts to get under his skin, he's forced to stoop lower than ever before. ((Haha I suck at descriptions.
