"His eyes - oh, God, his eyes - were an entirely different story. Staring into his eyes was like staring into the summer sky just before the sunset came, before the yellow, pink, and purple clouds came to fog up your vision. They were the definition of a cloudless sky, a clear river seen running through a wide field of grass, that one, blue, sparkling diamond that stood out more than any other in a goldmine. Shining like the stars and as light as a feather, they tricked you into a strange sense of security, a state that one would be foolish to leave intentionally. Everything about his eyes was passionate, beautiful, and enticing, anything a man could ever ask for. I wanted more of his eyes, more of him." :D Thanks for checking this out! Awesome cover photo by someone who goes by the name Shuploc on Instagram - please feel free to check them out!

Ariella "Ellie" Burke may sound like a cute little name for a sweet little girl, but those who know her run for cover when they hear it. To say she was a troublemaker with an attitude would be an understatement. To say she was a crazed pyromaniac would be a little bit overboard. To say that she hadn't sort of wanted the accidents she caused to happen would be a lie. But to say she had no control over the "accidents" would be completely true. Right on the dot. Since she was four, Ellie was "on the run" with her mother, traveling from state to state and never settling in one place for more than six months, seven tops. Why they were running, Ellie hadn't the slightest. One of the most important rules she'd learned in her life: never question Mom. But each move always followed the same thing: something bad that Ellie had caused. Her twenty-first move changed everything. After Ellie "sort of" accientally blew up a school in Pennsylvania, she and her mother packed up everything they had and slipped into a medium-sized, decently populated, yet well spread out town in Maine. This place, her mother told her, would be a permanent home. They were safe here. Well, safer. But being on the run taught her a harsh lesson: nothing ever stayed the same. Nothing was infinite. And only a handful of things were permanent. And soon, entirely on accident (sort of), Ellie found out that the lesson was true. She also learned that fate always catches up to a person, no matter how hard they try to run away.

"Mooooorrrrrrrreeeeeeee, this book is like air, i need it!" @noromance101 "These chapters are written BEAUTIFULLY! You are, without a doubt, my favorite writer on this site. " @nagykt "Reading this feeds my soul." @Yrthraethra Sixteen-year-old Mirra can see people's memories. She is a Shadow Weaver, one of the outlawed, glitter-eyed race feared in her land and forced into brutal slavery as children. She and her brother Kel have escaped their fate by hiding near the frozen mountains. But when bounty hunters snatch Kel, Mirra injured and unable to track long distances will lose him unless she gives herself up to his captors. As as a Shadow Weaver who's survived childhood and whose golden-flecked irises have faded, concealing her talent, Mirra's own value is priceless on the black-market. Taken to a lawless town in the northern territories, Mirra convinces her captors to sell her to a mysterious young man destined for the same province as the officer who has bought her brother. The young man is the Kingdom's missing Prince, feared dead after his escort was attacked on an expedition. He has been in hiding, waiting for a Shadow Weaver whose skill he can use to discover who ordered his assassination. But before he will risk breaking his father's law and taking Mirra to the royal court, he must test her talent and her ability to hide it. If Mirra fails, her hopes of seeing her brother again will be cut by the noose around her neck. HIGHEST RANKING #1 in Fantasy on Wattpad. #1 Amazon Sword & Sorcery This book was taken down in DEC 2017 due to publishing restrictions. It is now possible to put it back up on wattpad. From March onwards 2 chapters will be posted per week until the completed book is available.
