The story starts off in 2051. In the most unlikely of places, a death-row prison in New Orleans. For one prisoner here, his existence is about to change in ways he would never have imagined; especially when he has lost his last stay of execution. At this very same time, out hero who saves the planet, is going about his own life as a funeral director, in a small mid western USA town. Years later, Tobias will ask that same question of himself: Why him? Why was he chosen? After all, he wasn't anything special. Just a simple family man running a business. In his loneliness, trapped in a foreign body, he would imagine Albert Einstein nodding and smiling, and perhaps offering some reason to explain away his madness. All he knew for sure, in his own time, his whole family, and God knows how many more other millions were dead! And if he didn't assassinate the boy, or the man, nothing was ever going to change! The greatest fear he would live it, was accepting, that in his present form too the spectre of death still resided. But here she simply made him aware that as his life existed as energy now; this too was capable of dissipating into nothingness! This is just a glimpse at the story. If you would like to see how it all unwinds, please read on. I'd really appreciate feedback! Thanks.

An old priest holds a hard secret for him to cope with, which goes all the way to the Vatican in Rome! I would like to point out, even though this story is science fiction, my character –the priest, reflects in thought very openly his feelings. So if you are highly religious, this material may not be the most suitable to read. This story is really about a man of God, (A priest) who goes from being a full believer in Christ, as young person. (new to the Order) To someone who despises the Church, with agnostic, feelings, many years later.

Guess you can blame Stephen King, for "Patrick's" birth. Because "Lawnmower Man", and a short story I'm reading by the same author at present, called, "Lunch at Gotham Cafe", inspired this. Something about his character, the crazy waiter, in that story, just stayed with me, and I kept asking myself: What could make someone grow up psychotic? And Patrick, and this story, seemed to fit the bill. MAYBE IT'S NOT A GOOD IDEA TO MAKE FUN OF MADNESS! Someone once told me: it’s very easy to knock off balance, that so finely tuned mechanism, we perceive, and see as sanity. Guess that’s why people out there, who one moment are seen as quite rational in their behavior, or in the next, carving up their entire families. I guess Patrick is a story, which tries to examine this, (madness) in a humorous sort of way. It's also a story about child abuse. And an extremely domineering father. Who even after his death, still holds control over his son. In a sad way, Patrick finds life hard to cope with, without his abusive father's presence. Who had rared him, in a very sick, and twisted way. I know Alfred Hitchcock was very keen to explore what unhinged an individual. I wonder what he would think of my attempt to explore it here. In one night alone, I wrote about 35 pages - by hand. So it'll be completed in the next few days -easily. I read some of it myself, and I think it's in a dark way, funny. It's not terrifying. But maybe it's best to caution readers at the same time. I would like to remind readers also. This story is a complete work of fiction. And it does not reflect in anyway, on the town of Tralee, in County Kerry.

The Choice is a touching story, just about how far a mother is willing to go for her children.

This poor guy had no idea what was to follow, after he published a simple detective story on Wattpad! He expected criticism, sure! What he got was something entirely different!

This story is now completed, as I've added the memory where he sees a mermaid, while serving on board a boat as a doctor. This is a story inspired by Doctor Arthur Conan Doyle, the writer of the Sherlock Holmes mystery novels, and his true fascination for fairies, and the occult.

This is my very first attempt at writing a short story. It's not perfect. I think it certainly goes too deeply into religion at the beginning. And always reminds me of a Vincent Price horror. (Wherever my voice for the story came from?) Especially when the character visits his wife's grave, and later reminisces about their dog's death. But like all stories I've written. I think it too holds beauty. Especially when he meets his soul mate at the lunar city. When I read that part, still, I can't escape from feeling some surge of emotion. The story is set in the future, where technology exists to change the pathway in life we traveled. Let's be honest, have you ever pondered about your existence? Asked yourself the simple question, "WHY IS EVERYTHING SO HARD IN MY LIFE ? WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE THIS?" Well then the simple answer might be, you've headed down the wrong road in life, or what is referred to in this book as, a terrestrial cul de sac. A word taken from French, and translated to in English as, "A No True Road." If you're curious to know more, please read on... And if you're brave enough to do so, be aware, a world as incredible as the "Twilight Zone", awaits! Well maybe not. But then I guess, it also depends on the reader..? And what is one's cup of tea, may not be another's, and so on.
