Short story about GOKUS greatest grandson ever.

A sinister new enemy appears from the shadows, and hijacks the Z fighters' wish on the Dragon Balls at Kami's Lookout. The wish brings back to life a sinister being that the Earth would never want to see again. The new and improved Mega-Perfect Cell, combined with the powers of previous enemies such as Frieza, Buu, Bojack, Cooler, King Cold and so many others the Z Fighters have defeated over the years, is back for revenge. But Gohan, the Earth's savior from the previous reign of terror caused by Cell, has let his guard down, and his training came to a halt. With Goku still in the otherworld, and the new Ultimate Cell wreaking havoc all around, the Earth's heroes must join together to rid this world of the horror of Cell.
