"And you are?" He asked smiling with his sparkling white teeth. "Emily Johnson, the preppy city girl you just spoke of." I said crossing my arms over my chest. "Ah it's nice to finally meet you. I'm Toby Marks." He said tipping his stupid straw hat. "The feelings not mutual. I'll see you around Toby." I said turning around and leaving him there smiling like an idiot. ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~ Emily Johnson was a city girl. She loved the environment, and she loved the people. "Aw darling this is cute and all, but if you even want a chance at my school, you have to make a few changes." She told me throwing my clothes into a pile on my floor. "What kind of changes?" I asked her curiously. "Don't worry, I've got a plan!" She exclaimed grinning. "What kind of plan?" I asked her raising my eyebrow. "A plan to un-nerd you." <<~<<~<<~<<~<<~<<~<<~<<~<<~<<~<< When the nerdy Julie Randall moves into a new house in a large neighborhood the week before Halloween, she didn't know that it would change her life forever. She didn't know that she would meet the handsome Elijah Baxter that very day as he was taking his little sister Lucy trick-or-treating. She didn't know that she would start going to their school, and she definitely didn't know that she would transform from being the nerd of her old school to an immediately popular new girl of her new school. "Why won't you sing for me?" He asked me curiously. "I can't. I'm sorry." I told him turning around and slamming the door. He ran and caught up with me in the hallway. "You don't have to be afraid of me Melody." He whispered softly. "I just can't." I choked out before running away and leaving him standing alone on the music hall. {#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#}{#} All of Melody Atkinson's life, she has wanted to be a musician.
