Shipping of Shidge & Klance Pidge, a 19 year old teenager, takes over her mother's flower shop business due to her mother not being able to control her grief over her lost older son and husband. It has been now two years since the disappearance of half the Holt family; when Mr. Holt and Matt Holt taken off on a space mission and never returned. Pidge hides her birth name, originally Katie, from embarrassment of society and how it pressures her to reveal her feelings over her missing father and brother if she was ever found again. Continuing to "hide in the shadows", this girl is special by knowing every type of flower species there is and how to take care such unique plants. On days when Pidge needs supplies, she head into the supply store nearby, where she has access to the compartment building by a man who still thinks mullets are still in fashion (Kieth). Both friends and a business partnership together, Kieth and Pidge go back as friends when they were only kids. Recently, Kieth hired a janitor, to help keep his business clean yet a second price came along without himself knowing. The days at the flower shop can get alittle boring until the day a mysterious man, tall and strong, enters unexpectedly, catching Pidge by surprise. This man has been know to be serious and careless of the people around him, but does have a soft spot once you get to know him. Will meeting this man change the course of Pidge's life? ---- This is an AU created by me. A change in story to where Shiro never went to space with Pidge's father and brother. She's close friends with her coworkers, but she refuses to tell them her past. Anyway, somehow, my life got sucked into a plethora of anime all at once and this one (Voltron: Legendary Defender) is screaming in my head the most as well as Miraculous Ladybug and Hetalia (totally different plotted animes). Anyway, I decided to finally write a fic aboug Pidge and Shiro because I think they are too cute together. I'm still working on shipping other characters. Idk. Anyway, please enjoy. Every night Shiro is tormented by dreams of his past, but he is woken up to find Pidge passed out from exhaustion in the lab, sobbing from what seems like nightmares not much different from his own. He comforts her and gives her solace but is worried if she finds out about his own nightmares. Pidge had them, dreams of her family. Of Zarkon and the Galra taking over earth, killing her mother, or of her brother and father dying cold and alone, thinking that she'd given up on them. But when she feels arms around her and a comforting voice who lulls her to happier dreams, she wonders who is the person who cares so much as to bring her to bed when the falls asleep in various occasions to be greeted by grotesque nightmares. Lance and Keith are forced to bond together (*cough cough* Allura's the culprit *cough cough*) but their bond turns out to be more than just friends. P.S. mild currsing, beware!!
