Sherlock is out of nicotine patches and his mood is, well you can probably imagine. John refuses to buy him patches because he was just out shopping. Instead he insists that Sherlock eats something and one thing leads to another and ends in a game, which both are far too willing to play.

After two years of using the shadow of his demise as a cover to take down a terror network, Sherlock Holmes is back.
