Mitch Grassi as a Sophomore in high school. He's a fairly quiet boy who keeps to himself. People pay enough attention to him anyways, not that he asks them to. They're always apologizing to him or telling him how strong he is, even though they don't know him. Just another perk of having cancer, I guess.
