When magical mermaid princess Alirrya Seastar receives a royal magic trident for her 15th birthday, she proves to her parents that she is not ready for the responsibility that comes with it. As a result, they send her to a place that doesn't have magic -- Above the sea -- in hopes that she will gain maturity. Upon her arrival, Alirrya is given a home with people help guide her, so she moves in with the one and only goddess of light, which includes the flightless Angel, Pit. Alirrya takes Pit with her as she battles villains -- both above and below the sea -- as she attempts to protect her powerful trident. (Based off of Star vs. the forces of evil)
