A Drarry fanfiction based upon a simple question - what if Draco had met Harry in a different way to how it happened in the books? I try to follow JK's basic storyline so it seems similar to the books and movies, but with some differences (obviously) to make the Drarry happen.

Or so they wished. A lonely little blonde boy who was only ever seeking attention and approval from someone who could love him. A small brunette, locked away from the world and shunned by his family for being a freak. Many things have a hand in bringing them together, but can love keep them from tearing themselves apart when the world throws the force of the ocean at them? (PSA: This fic was first started 4 years ago, so some of it is pretty cringey. Pease don't hate me :p)

Harry starts to notice a change in Draco and soon realizes that Draco needs his help. But will Draco accept it? And even if he does, then what? And what happens when the Dark Lord no longer has Draco to kill Dumbledore? Who will take Draco's place? Follow Harry and Draco on their journey to find trust, friendship, and maybe even love.
