This story is about Axel, a, 14 year old, good student in school but can get angry at bully's and will, and has, lash out at them. On the other hand she is quite shy. Her father died when she was 12 and she was living with her mom and her moms abusive boyfriend, Chad. She watched her father die as she was in the room when it Chad shot him in the head. She will never forget it. It has scarred her for life. But when her mother dies suddenly and Chad can't take care of her because of legal grounds, a man, by the name of Billie Joe Armstrong, offers to adopt her. Will he save her from a horrible life? Will happiness finally happing in Axel's life? Will Billie find that scars inside and out?
