Liam and Niall adopted two children, and they're accustomed to one of them being sick and in pain due to a condition called Chronic Gastritis. It can be a bit of a mission when Lucas has his flare ups but with a bit of TLC and medicine he is able to manage it. Usually. This time around Liam and Niall can hardly cope because not only is Lucas having a flare up, his twin brother Logan has been struck down with a stomach flu as well.
