So, even there's no problem of a love triangle forming, there's the fact that the girls are bound by their ethics and won't even dream of getting involved with the boys in any other way than in a professional manner. Oh, and One Direction are not allowed to fall for them, for the sakes of their careers, but One Direction themselves don't know that.
