Hii Etera akahono (Hie) is a loner student of Northern Plain of Chiharu City University. Being called a creep, most students avoid him and talk bad things about him. Until one day, a beautiful transfer student came along. Neefa Ryoko seemed to be interested in Hie even though there's a bad rumor about him.
