Wooyoung was unlike anyone he'd ever met, and it was becoming increasingly obvious to San that he wasn't sure where the hell this was going. What Wooyoung was supposed to be to him, because his heart was telling him there was something there, something promising, maybe even something good, but the way Wooyoung hugged him outside the restaurant- brief, friendly, with laughter pressed into his eardrum- told San a much different story. Friends. They were supposed to be friends. Or, San falls in love with Wooyoung who was supposed to be nothing more than a fuck buddy, and gets damn good at hiding his feelings.

In his teens, Wooyoung was diagnosed with some unnamed heart condition. Its frequent symptoms were an elevated heart rate, pains, even passing out if he wasn't careful. He refused his doctor's suggestion to get a hybrid therapy dog until he meets San.
