As Ninjago city fall into ruins in the hands of Emperor Garmadon, the resistance and the SOG would have to form an unwilling alliance after the discovery of Garmadon's intentions for Harumi's organization when he's done ruling it all. They'd have to fight and watch out for eachother for their survival's sake. But as they work together, would Lloyd and Harumi have the guts to reconcile despite the heart-tearing tragedy? Lloyd is a 19 year old boy, who has dreamt of being a professional dancers. He left home when he was 16 years old, due to an argument he had with his parents when they found out he was gay. His parents made it clear that they didnt except that in their house. Lloyd lives in a shady part of town in a crappy studio apartment. He was able to land a job at a local bar as a entertainer. (Lloyd is not a stripper. Since this is a fanfiction and real world rules dont apply, I'm going to make their choreography more of a contemporary ballet type). Lloyd's boss (Rick), often gets violent with Lloyd when he makes a mistake while dancing. There have been incidences where Lloyd has been completely thrown off the stage during a practice and has been hit many times. Lloyd puts aside the fact that his boss can be quiet abusive. Despit how much pain it causes, he won't leave because he doesn't want to risk missing the opportunity to be noticed and potentially get out of town to become something more. Lloyd struggles with selfharm and works himself to the point of exhaustion, feeling that he is never good enough. When he meets the mysterious guy dressed in red, both their lives change. Kai wont take no for an answer when it comes to taking care of Lloyds daily injuries and sore ankles. And most certainly wont stand for abuse. Kai is a 21 year old, sophomore in college. He is studying psychology, after dropping out of med school. He has quite a few friends, such as Zane, Cole, and Jay. He currently lives in a relatively nice, one bedroom apartment, close to his school. He was cheated on by Skylor, during his time in medical school. Kai first meets Lloyd at a bar, him being one of the main dancers in the establishment. The story takes place before Lloyd and Kai meet. Kai can see that Lloyd isn't in a safe place, as he notices the bruises on his body. There is more going on with Lloyd then Kai knows..but he'll soon find out.

Ninjago- Kai is a prince but Lloyd is just a teen living on the streets. One day Kai See's Lloyd and fals in love with him but his father king Ray wants him to marry princess from another kingdom Mrs Skylor... And Skylor will not lose her chance. Lloyd Garmadon has been living at Darkely's since the age of four, after being abandoned. He'll be turning 15 in six mouths, making the decision to try and run away from Darkely's for good. The ten years spent at the school has made him fearful of everything and everyone, unable to trust people. Having dealt with physical and mental abuse. When he escape Darkely's he is hungry, cold and scared. He's caught stealing candy and that's when the ninja's showed up. Sensei Wu recognizes Lloyd, and tries to convince him to come back with them. Lloyd is terrified and has to be dragged back to the bounty. He won't look anyone in the eye and doesn't get closer then 50 feet from everyone on the floating ship. Kai feels the most empathy and is the most gentle with Lloyd. Something inside Kai breaks to see lloyd in such a state of fear. Trying to help the others understand that Lloyd just needs to be cared for and spoken to softly. Kai slowly starts to gain lloyds trust. Cover art is not mine and I do not own ninjago.
